The Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant is for undergraduates with exceptional financial need. As a grant, it doesn't need to be repaid. You can get up to $4,000 per year depending on the amount of your financial need and the availability of funds at your school. Study abroad for credit may increase the upper limit to $4,400.
